Make the preparations:
1. VOB to DVD Burner
2. Windows OS pc
3. Blank DVD disc
Free download VOB to DVD Burner here, install and run it. Insert the blank DVD disc into hard drive.

Step1. Load VOB files.
Drag VOB files to the program or click “Add” to import files. Then the added files will be shown in the list. You can preview the files by clicking its name.

Step2. Edit (Optional)
You can customize the DVD effect by clicking “Edit”, then you can trim the video to reserve the essential part, crop the video size, adjust video effect and add watermark.

Step3. Choose the DVD menu
VOB TO DVD Burner has provided some DVD menu template themes for you to choose. You can pick one to set as DVD menu. Or you are also allowed to change your own background picture and music.

Step4. Set Output
Click “Next” on the above panel and then the following panel will pop up. Choose to Burn VOB to DVD disc/ DVD folder/ ISO image. Select the proper TV standard (NTSC is 30 fps.
