How to convert DVD to H.264

H.264, also known as MPEG-4 Part 10 or AVC is a standard for video compression, and is currently one of the most commonly used formats for the recording, compression, and distribution of high definition video. It has a very broad application range that covers all forms of digital compressed video from low bit rate internet streaming applications to HDTV broadcast and Digital Cinema applications with nearly lossless coding. Make preparations:
1. DVD Ripper
2. Windows Os computer
3. DVD disc

Step1. Load DVD to DVD Ripper
After installed the DVD Ripper into your pc, run the software. The program window will pop up, Insert your DVD disc to hard drive and click “Add” in program to import DVD files to the program.

Step2. Set output format
Click the inverse triangle in “Profile” to access to the formats panel, in which you can choose MP4 encoded with H.264 as output format. Meanwhile, you need to determine the output of the converted files in “Output”.

Step3. Converting DVD to H.264
Now everything is ready for converting DVD to H.264, you just need to click “Convert” to start converting DVD to H.264. You may get the converted files by clicking “Open” after conversion is done.
